30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at txt0330@gmail.com before sending anything back. If accepted, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
